About Nguyen T. Do
Dr. Do is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurological surgeon specializing in advanced techniques including, but not limited to, complex spinal deformity reconstruction, spinal cord and brain tumors, minimally invasive spine surgery, artificial disc replacement, traumatic brain and spine injuries. He previously served as Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Neurological Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, and is the past President of the Diablo Brain and Spine Center in San Ramon, CA. He won several Patients Choice Awards.
Dr. Do graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University Medical School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and is a member of the Psi Sigma Alpha National Honor Society. He completed his combined Neurological Surgery and Orthopedic Complex and Minimally Invasive Spine fellowship at Harborview Medical Center/University of Washington School of Medicine.
Dr. Do is bilingual in English and Vietnamese. His philosophy of care is to maximize patient safety and achieve the best patient outcomes. He works with his patients as a team to develop the best treatment plan for their medical conditions.
